Prettiest Villages in the Cotswolds
The Cotswolds is full of magical villages. We have picked some of our favourites that you should visit during your stay with us.

Bourton on the Water
With 3 cottages and our beautiful boutique guesthouse, The Lansdowne located here, we are probably little biased about Bourton on the Water, but it really is a truly beautiful village.
With the River Windrush gently flowing through its heart, Birdland, the Model Village and the Motor Museum keeping people of all ages occupied, and lots of places to eat and drink, it's easy to see why so many people love Bourton on the Water so much.

Lower Slaughter
A short drive, or lovely walk from Bourton on the Water, you will find Lower Slaughter. The village is built on both banks of the River Eye, with charming foot bridges crossing the water. The 19th-century Watermill with it's large chimney is truly wonderful and a lovely place to relax for a cup of tea.

Bibury
Once described by Wiliam Morris as "the most beautiful village in England", Bibury is one of the most popular of them all in the Cotswolds. From the lovely houses on Arlington Row to swan spotting on the river banks, it's easy to see why it's such a favourite.

Broadway
With lots of independent shops, restaurants, Art Galleries and beautiful architecture, Broadway is one of our favourite villages. It's also a perfect spot to park the car and head off on a lovely walk up to Boradway Tower , or take the children to the state of the art activity park.

Snowshill
What Snowshill lacks in size, it certainly makes up in beauty and charm. You may recognise it from Bridget Jones Diary as the village was covered in snow for the film. Snowshill Manor and Gardens are wonderful to visit and the traditional pub in the heart of the village serves local ales and hearty pub food.

There are lots more!
We haven't even scratched the surface on the beautiful villages in the Cotswolds and will be compiling another guide for you very soon!
