We are so excited to be preparing all of our cottages for re opening this Summer. We have really missed all of our guests and have been putting a lot of thought in to how we can make your experience in the Cotswolds a relaxing and restorative one.
We have ensured all of our staff have had the most up to date training in the prevention and cleaning standards for Covid-19, there are lots of behind the scenes risk assessments which have been produced to keep both staff and guests safe.
The cottages will all benefit from having extra anti bacterial cleaning products and hand sanitisers which we are encouraging all guests to use.
Where possible we are leaving 24 hours in between each party so that the cottages can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by the wonderful Friendly Cleaning Company who excel in maintaining high standards.
We have put together new welcome hampers (July 2020-October 2020) with locally sourced products (eggs, bread, milk, wine, tea, coffee, olive oil, biscuits) to ensure that when you arrive there is no urgency to rush out to the nearest supermarket.
We have also provided lots of suggestions on where to shop and eat locally. There are so many wonderful pubs and restaurants offering meals to take away along with fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and dairy if you'd prefer an evening testing your culinary skills.
We know it's hard for anyone to make commitments at the moment so, any bookings taken between July 2020 and November 30th 2020 will have a very flexible cancellation policy allowing you to change/cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
